Mountain Pose

Although it may look like you are simply standing, the mountain pose is much more. The mountain pose is the foundation of all standing poses. Feel your self standing tall, with your shoulders over your hips, your hips over your knees, your knees over your ankles. Feel yourself rooted to the earth, anchored, steady and strong. Feel the crown of your head lifting toward the sky, light and steady. Breathe deeply, and feel your inner strength.
