Easy Twists

Gentle and controlled twists encourage mobility and flexibility to the spine, and some feel this promotes detoxification. Begin in the mountain pose, and gently twist, from side to side, with your arms at your sides, but allowing them to swing freely. Watch the breath as it find its own rhythm as you gently twist. Slow the twist and return to the mountain pose.
